Below is the step-by-step procedure for paying the CMC property tax in Bangalore.
Step 1:We should have a previous tax-paid receipt, which contains the details of the property size and khata number. Below is the image of the previous tax-paid receipt, which we paid in 2019.
Step 3: Show your previously paid tax receipt at the tax counter. The officer provides a tax challan till current financial year. Challan looks like image below
Step 4: Pay at the counter using UPI or visit the nearest Karur Vysya Bank, show the challan at the cash counter, and pay the property tax. The bank acknowledges the payment with seal on the challan. Refer to the image below
