How do I give a Power of Attorney to USA citizen from India?

Below is the steps to give Power of Attorney (POA) to USA citizen from India

Step 1: Prepare POA draft in word format

Step 2: Print the POA draft on normal A4 size paper

Step 3: Carry the following documents to USA Consulate office in India

• Printer Power of Attorney
• Passport original and one photocopy

The consulate officer reads the POA and verifies passport copy

Step 4: Principal signs the POA in front of consulate officer and consulate officer seals and signs the POA.

Step 5: Send the POA to your agent in USA
