Below is the government charge for sale deed registration:
- Stamp Duty: 5.1% of buying price or guidance value, whichever is higher
- Registration fee: 1% of buying price or guidance value, whichever is higher
- Cess: 0.5% of buying price or guidance value, whichever is higher
- Affidavit: Rs. 40
- Scanning: Rs. 700 (approx)
Below is the government charge for Gift Deed to blood relative (family member)
- Stamp Duty: Rs.5150
- Registration fee: Rs.1000
- Cess: Rs.500
- Affidavit: Rs. 40
- Scanning: Rs. 700 (approx)
Below is the government charge for release Deed:
- Stamp Duty: Rs.5000
- Registration fee: Rs.1000
- Cess: Rs.500
- Affidavit: Rs. 40
- Scanning: Rs. 700 (approx)
