- TDS: Not applicable
3. Property Value Above Rs. 45 Lakh

Important Notes:
- The above percentages are calculated based on the purchase price or guidance value, whichever is higher.
- Guidance Value: Also referred to as the government value or circle rate, this is the minimum value at which a property must be registered. It is set by the Department of Stamps & Registration for each locality.
- The charges remain the same irrespective of gender, single ownership, or joint ownership.
