A Will can be registered or Unregistered.
The unregistered will can only be obtained from Testator or person who holds the will or wrote the will.
If the Will is registered, we can obtain a certified copy from registrar’s office.
To apply a certified copy, we need registration number and Testator aadhar
Our will was registered in RR Nagar sub-registrar office, Bangalore. We carried the photocopy of testator aadhar to RR Nagar sub-registrar office, filled the certified copy application and paid the required fee.
In 7 working days from the day of filling the application, we received a call from RR Nagar sub-registrar office to collect the certified copy.
